So last Friday's topic on Illustration Friday was pet peeves. It took me a while to decide on my approach, and then I still didn't get it right, because I missed a big one with me.
People who take little kids to nice restaurants and do not monitor their behavior . . . letting them run around and scream, etc.
Chalk that one up to me being a crabby old man.

I love it! reminds me of Richard Bell's Illos in his book "Rough Patch!" Nail on the head with these peeves...especially the "Venti Starbucks!"
Nice sketchbook entry and I absolutely agree with your pet peeve.
Hilarious!! I love your "peeves' and agree with all of them. How about people who bring babies to the movies and they cry and scream? Why would anyone possibly think a baby could sit quietly for 2 hours?
Your pug and my cat must know each other :)
But of COURSE Molly is starving to death! Perhaps you just haven't seen it from her, um, short perspective. :-)
Not a crabby old man thing.... the kid thing drives me nuts. Or maybe thats just from being a server... or from eating out with you and mom. :)
I like the new style w/ the watercolor.
